Chethana Liyanage

Chethana is the warm and organized presence behind the front desk at Eternal Wellness Yoga Studio. As the Studio Administrator, she ensures smooth daily operations, manages client scheduling, and supports the team with efficiency and care. With a keen eye for detail and a friendly approach, Chethana is the first point of contact for many clients—making everyone feel welcome, informed, and well taken care of. Her dedication to service and her calm, dependable nature make her an essential part of the Eternal Wellness experience.

Ruta Koltharkar

Ruta is a dedicated and experienced wellness professional with over 6 years of teaching in yoga, fitness, and holistic healing. Her diverse training includes Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Rope, Aerial, Power Yoga, and Reformer Pilates, allowing her to craft sessions that are both energizing and deeply restorative. She also leads dynamic Zumba classes and offers therapeutic sound healing sessions that support emotional balance and relaxation. With a focus on women’s wellness, Ruta specializes in prenatal and postnatal yoga, stress relief, and mindful movement. Her warm, approachable nature and passion for wellness make her a beloved instructor and an essential part of the Eternal Wellness Yoga Studio team.

Surabhi Singh

Certified Yoga Therapist | Wellness Educator | Mindfulness Facilitator Surabhi is a highly qualified and compassionate yoga therapist with over five years of experience in therapeutic yoga and holistic wellness. Holding a Master's in Yoga Therapy and a Bachelor's in Yoga Science from prestigious Indian universities, she brings a research-based and results-oriented approach to every session. Her professional journey includes working with patients at AIIMS New Delhi, where she provided yoga interventions for chronic conditions in collaboration with leading medical professionals. At Eternal Wellness Yoga Studio, Surabhi offers personalized therapy-based yoga, meditation, and wellness programs that support both physical health and emotional well-being. Grounded in science and guided by compassion, Surabhi is dedicated to helping individuals transform their lives through mindful movement, breathwork, and holistic healing.

Shraddha

Shraddha is the heart and soul behind Eternal Wellness Yoga Studio. As the Managing Director, she leads with vision, compassion, and a deep commitment to holistic transformation. A certified Yoga Therapist, Pilates Teacher, Life Coach, and NLP Practitioner, with over 8 years of experience she offers a unique blend of physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. Her expertise includes trauma and inner child healing, sound therapy, reformer Pilates, and yoga-based rehabilitation. Shraddha’s sessions are known for their depth, safety, and personalized attention—creating powerful breakthroughs for those seeking to heal from within and reconnect with their purpose.
